Physician and Nursing Care
Our Medical Director and Hospice Nurses provide a personalized Plan of Care that includes pain control, symptom management, equipment and supplies to ensure comfort. The Hospice Aides help with personal and hygiene care to maintain the patient’s dignity.
Social, Emotional and Spiritual Care
Our Medical Social Services include providing emotional and psychological support, assistance in making final arrangements and finding benefits for your loved one. Our Spiritual Services are offered in a manner that respects the religious beliefs and cultural traditions of patients and families.
Respite Care and Grief Support
We provide caregiver respite through short-term inpatient care and brief respite through our trained volunteers. We offer support, including on-one counseling, to grieving families during hospice care and for up to one year after hospice.
